Questions? Here are quick answers
We estimate the cost based on the route (pickup → drop-off), load volume, floor access, and how hard loading is. We’ll give you an approximate price before dispatch, and confirm the final total after loading.
Yes. If we agree on all details in advance (addresses, load size, floors, loading/unloading), we’ll handle everything on-site. You can meet us at the final address.
The minimum booking is 1.5 hours. The exact service scope and final price depend on the option you choose.
Option: Van + Driver
• Van arrival to the loading address
• Safe and fast transport to the destination
• Load secured with straps
• Protection with moving blankets or foam padding if needed
• Door/wall protectors for easier carrying
• Hand truck and straps available on request
Option: Van + Movers
• Everything included in “Van + Driver”
• Careful carrying, loading, and unloading
• Help with basic furniture disassembly and reassembly
Important: packing materials and any time beyond the minimum are charged separately.
Typically, the driver arrives alone. If you need help with loading or unloading, the driver can work as a mover – in this case, the “Van + 1 Mover” tariff applies.
The total number of people depends on the option you choose. You can also book 2 or 3 additional movers to speed up the process and ensure a smooth, efficient move.
There are categories of items that are not allowed or unsafe to carry in a standard van:
• Fuel and gases (petrol, diesel, propane, acetylene, gas cylinders, jerrycans)
➤ Possible fine up to 100,000 CZK and the vehicle may be stopped.
• Chemicals and paints (solvents, acids, varnishes, large amounts of household chemicals)
➤ Fine up to 500,000 CZK.
• Fireworks and explosive materials (fireworks, firecrackers, ammunition, gunpowder)
➤ If safety is at risk, penalties can include up to 3 years of imprisonment.
• Pressurised cylinders and aerosols (oxygen, freon, other pressurised containers)
➤ Without ADR permission, fine up to 500,000 CZK.
• Goods that require refrigeration (meat, fish, dairy, frozen food)
➤ Without a refrigerated vehicle, transport is prohibited; for commercial transport, fines can be up to 3,000,000 CZK.
• Transporting people in the cargo area (without seats and seatbelts)
➤ Fine up to 10,000 CZK and 4 penalty points.
• Animals without proper conditions (in a closed cargo area without ventilation and secure fixing)
➤ Fine up to 50,000 CZK; for animal cruelty up to 500,000 CZK.
Tip: If you’re not sure whether an item can be transported, message us before booking. We’ll tell you the safe option and how to avoid fines.
Yes, if you prefer, we can move items without packaging. However, please note that without protection, items are at a higher risk of scratches or damage during transit.
We recommend at least basic protection:
Wrap furniture in stretch wrap.
Place small items in bags or boxes.
Protect fragile items (mirrors, TVs, glass) with bubble wrap and cardboard.
Even for unpackaged items, we always secure the load with straps and use moving blankets or foam protectors when necessary to minimize risk.
Important: The client is responsible for the condition and any potential damage to unpackaged items.
Yes – we can take old furniture, appliances, or waste to the nearest sběrný dvůr. When you book, just tell us you need disposal / recycling pickup.
If you go with us and show a Czech document (for example občanka or a residence permit), disposal is often free.
If you don’t have the documents, you usually pay a disposal fee on site. The amount is set by the sběrný dvůr staff depending on the volume and type of waste.
If access is tight or there’s no space near the entrance, we stop as close as possible without blocking traffic. Then we handle it depending on the situation – we use a trolley, carry items by hand, and secure everything with straps. This is very common in Prague’s historic centre and older buildings with inner courtyards.
If the walking distance from the van to the entrance is longer, there may be an extra fee for carrying – usually charged per each started 20 meters.
To avoid surprises, we confirm everything before dispatch and give you a clear time and price estimate upfront.
Yes – just agree it with the driver. Changing the route or destination can affect the final price, because within Prague the job is billed by working time.
If the driver has a time buffer before the next booking, we can usually add an extra stop or switch the delivery address with no problem.
Payment is made after unloading and checking the items.
You can pay in cash or by bank transfer to a Czech bank account.
Leave a request on our website – we’ll get back to you quickly.

We’ll confirm the details, give you an estimated price, and book a time that works for you.
Yes. When you book, just tell us what you need – boxes, stretch wrap, moving blankets, straps, or anything else. We’ll bring everything with us.
Usually we work without long breaks – we do the job in one run, from loading to unloading.
If you need us to wait on site for a short time, it’s usually possible, but it depends on whether the driver has enough time before the next booking.
We reserve a specific time slot for you, so any waiting time should be agreed in advance and is charged based on the actual time spent.
We always plan to arrive on time, but in Prague there can be delays because of traffic, accidents, or road closures.
If we see we’ll be late by 10–15 minutes or more, we’ll let you know right away.
In that case, the job time starts only from the moment the van arrives at your address.
If it turns out there are more items than planned, we can do a second run or simply extend the job time.
Before we dispatch the van, we can help you estimate the volume so everything fits in one trip whenever possible and you avoid unnecessary extra costs.
